Summary: Front desk staff and wait staff were great! We stayed on our way to key west and on the way back we decided to stay again. In fact as we were getting ready to leave, we couldn’t think of a reason not to stay just one more night. So we ended up staying there three nights of our five night trip. The pools were great. There was live music at the outdoor bar. The view is beautiful! Definitely will stay there again.

Summary: The resort was wonderful and fantastic and lived up to all of the expectations that we read online. Unfortunately it was that hotels.com’s price was way different from what Isla Bella’s price was. We were told we were paying the exact amount charged upfront by hotels.com, but then the hotel tacked on parking and destination fees that weren’t included in the hotels.com pricing— so beware of the couple hundred dollar difference when booking- it may be cheaper to go straight through the hotel.

Summary: The amenities were great. I loved the layout of the resort with plenty of open seating options. There was no overcrowding, which made our stay quiet and relaxing. The only negative is the food is very expensive for the quality.
